By accessing and using the website hechox.com or contracting any of the services offered by HechoX, you accept these terms and conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services.

HechoX offers operational services powered by artificial intelligence, including government procedure management, regulatory compliance, and automation of repetitive operations. Services are executed under a pay-per-result model. The specific scope of each service is defined at the time of contracting and may vary depending on the jurisdiction and type of operation.

The client commits to providing truthful, complete, and up-to-date information necessary for the provision of the service. Any delay or error derived from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client shall not be the responsibility of HechoX. The client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and for notifying any unauthorized use of their account.

Service prices are communicated to the client before any work begins. HechoX operates under a pay-per-result model: charges are only made when the agreed result has been satisfactorily delivered. Accepted payment methods are informed at the time of contracting. HechoX reserves the right to modify prices, notifying the client with reasonable advance notice.

The client may cancel a service at any time before the final result is delivered. No charges are generated for uncompleted services under the pay-per-result model. For appointments scheduled through our booking platform, cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance.

All content on the website hechox.com, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of HechoX or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Deliverables produced as a result of contracted services become the property of the client once payment is completed.

HechoX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. HechoX does not guarantee that government procedures will be approved by competent authorities, as final decisions correspond to said authorities. Our commitment is to prepare and submit documentation correctly and completely.

HechoX commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all information provided by the client within the framework of service provision. This information shall not be shared with third parties except when necessary for service execution or when required by law.

HechoX reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the corresponding update date. Continued use of our services after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the same.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
